Cooking Class Series

Join our local "farm" chef Carolyn Grieco in the kitchen of the Compass Rose Inn for a wonderful evening of  fine food and fun. These intimate 2 to 3 hour classes include a hands-on cooking experience while leaning creative recipes, professional tips, cooking techniques, and methods.    
 
We begin class at 5:30pm and the evening ends with new friends enjoying a wonderful meal that's been prepared by all,  in the warmth of the Compass Rose Inn dining room.
  
Join us for one of our cooking classes and spend a night or two in one our  warm, cozy fire-placed suites.

Not only will you learn professional skills and techniques in the kitchen, but our custom-made menu will incorporate artisan foods all sourced within 10 miles of the inn!
