DESCRIPTION:Join our local "farm" chef Carolyn Grieco in the kitchen of the Compass Rose Inn for a wonderful evening of  fine food and fun. These intimate 2 to 3 hour classes include a hands-on cooking experience while leaning creative recipes\, professional tips\, cooking techniques\, and methods.    \n\n \n\nWe begin class at 5:30pm and the evening ends with new friends enjoying a wonderful meal that's been prepared by all\,  in the warmth of the Compass Rose Inn dining room.\n\n  \n\nJoin us for one of our cooking classes and spend a night or two in one our  warm\, cozy fire-placed suites. \n\n  \n\nMake it a special event with a loved one\, or gather a group of good friends together and enjoy an evening away from it all!\n\n  \n\n TEN-MILE TABLE\n\nWednesday\, March 18th\n\n5:30 p.m\n\nThe Newburyport area is rich with local foods & small producers and this cooking class celebrates their offerings! Not only will you learn professional skills and techniques in the kitchen\, but our custom-made menu will incorporate artisan foods all sourced within 10 miles of the inn!
