2025 Greater Newburyport Green Expo

Hello!

We would like to invite you to join us as an exhibitor at the 2025 Greater Newburyport Green Expo!  A family-friendly event designed to educate and engage attendees on sustainability and resiliency. The Expo offers the opportunity to connect with over 500 attendees including community leaders, businesses, local groups and individuals passionate about creating solutions to climate change and its impacts on our lives, businesses, and economy.

Date: Sunday, May 18th, 2025

Time: 1:00PM – 4:00PM

Location: Francis T. Bresnahan Elementary School & Newburyport Senior Community Center 

At the Expo, attendees will learn about practical solutions for climate action— from sustainable food choices and waste reduction to flood-proofing and energy conservation. As an exhibitor, you’ll have the opportunity to engage with participants and share how your organization is helping to build a more resilient future.

Create an engaging and memorable experience for our attendees by highlighting your organization, products, or initiatives. We encourage exhibits that offer interactive and  hands-on activities, making learning fun for all ages.  Priority will be given to organizations offering demonstrations that inspire learning and encourage participation.

Exhibitor Fees:



For-Profit Companies: $100 - Showcase your expertise in areas like renewable energy, waste reduction, sustainable transportation or home/building energy efficiency. 


Not-For-Profit Groups: $25 - Engage the public in clean water initiatives, environmental protection, renewable energy, and more. Logo placement in event communications and media campaigns, plus one exhibit place for engaging with attendees. A limited number of exhibitors in this category will have their fee sponsored by the Alliance of Climate and Environmental Stewards (ACES).

Tier 1: $1,000 - Includes your logo featured prominently on event materials, including posters, social media, newsletters, and press releases. Includes prime exhibit space and exclusive recognition during the event.



Tier 2: $500 - Includes your logo featured prominently on event materials, including posters, social media, newsletters, and press releases. Includes exclusive recognition during the event. 



Tier 3: $350 - Increase your reach with logo placement in event communications and marketing campaigns. Includes one exhibit space for direct engagement with attendees.
