Lentil Stew with Cepes, Pumpkin and Quail...A Lentil and Pumpkin Stew garnished with Mushrooms and Quail legs slowly cooked in Spanish Olive Oil, like confit
Entrée
Halibut A LaPlancha with Spanish Chorizo and Garum...Grilled Halibut is topped with Garum, a distinctly Catalan condiment based on Olives and Anchovies pounded together with Herbs, Bread and Olive Oil. The dish is served with Patatas Panderas and Grilled Asparagus.
Dessert
