Join our free public grand opening and first-anniversary celebration on Monday, November 16, 2026, starting at 11 a.m., with a three-chamber ribbon cutting. Everyone is welcome; no RSVP is required.
Vitara Hot Yoga is a Seabrook, New Hampshire studio welcoming beginners and experienced students from the surrounding Seacoast. Explore Power, Slow Power, Sculpt, Core, Yin, Power to Yin and Flow to Nidra classes.
The renovated studio offers two showers, three changing rooms, new yoga props and equipment, two large murals and a lending library. Red and green light therapy is part of the class experience. Teachers encourage students to ask questions, use props and take breaks when needed.
Owner Novita Soper first joined this yoga community as a student. Her work as owner has focused on renewing the space and creating a welcoming, well-cared-for environment where students and teachers feel heard and supported. Vitara's community giving has supported NAMI-NH, Yoga in Action and children's education in Sidoarjo, Indonesia.
