Tamra Laukien is the CEO and Founder of Vitality Road, a women-owned startup dedicated to empowering individuals on their health and wellness journeys. With over 25 years of experience as a global executive in technology and a deep passion for integrative health, Tamra combines her business acumen with her expertise in functional nutrition and wellness coaching. She is currently pursuing certification with the National Board for Health & Wellness Coaching (NBHWC).

Vitality Road offers personalized functional nutrition and integrative health services, along with thoughtfully curated wellness retreats designed to inspire and rejuvenate.
