The Actors Studio offers professional training for Adult actors, age eighteen and older. Classes serve business professionals as well in sharpening communications skills from one-on-ones to public speaking. These classes serve those pursuing mindfulness and personal development. This training supports anyone's efforts to be more fully present in the moment, no matter what the setting; business, the arts, or personal relationships.
