Smoke on the Water is a North Shore craft BBQ restaurant located in Salisbury, Massachusetts, specializing in authentic Central Texas-style barbecue. Our meats are slow-smoked over Texas post oak to create the rich, smoky flavor and tenderness that makes great BBQ worth the wait.
From prime beef brisket and pork ribs to pulled pork, pork belly burnt ends, smoked turkey, and house-made sausage, our menu is complemented by scratch-made sides, sauces, and seasonal ingredients. We focus on quality, handmade food and a true pit-to-plate experience.
In addition to serving guests at our Salisbury location, Smoke on the Water offers full-service catering, delivery, and takeout catering for weddings, corporate events, private parties, celebrations, and gatherings of all sizes. Our catering team brings the same slow-smoked BBQ and hospitality to events throughout the North Shore and surrounding areas.
