Front Desk Guest Services Agent

The award-winning Essex Street Inn in downtown Newburyport is seeking a friendly and organized front desk agent to join our team! This role is responsible for managing guest check-ins and check-outs, handling inquiries, processing reservations, and addressing guest needs promptly and professionally. Along with other off desk duties are directed. The ideal candidate is friendly, organized, and adept at multitasking in a fast-paced environment, contributing to the hotel’s reputation for outstanding hospitality. The schedule for this position will include two afternoon shifts and three evening shifts. Weekend availability is a must.
