Front Desk Staff / Medical Assistant
Key Responsibilities:

Welcome patients and manage front desk operations

Handle phone calls, schedule appointments, and manage the daily schedule

Use PatientNow EMR for patient records and treatment notes (training provided)

Provide treatment quotes and assist with patient education
-
Support clinicians with injections and lab sorting as needed
-
Bonus: Ability to draw blood (preferred but not required)
Qualifications:

Excellent interpersonal skills and professional demeanor

Strong phone etiquette and communication skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Word and basic computer programs

Willingness to learn PatientNow EMR system

Medical Assistant certification or clinical experience preferred

Ability to multitask and remain organized in a fast-paced setting
