Teddys and Toys, Exchange Club of Greater Newburyport

Exchange is a national network of service clubs, including professional, networking, collegiate and high school chapters, with hundreds of clubs and thousands of members all committed to improving the quality of life in their communities.

The Exchange Club of Greater Newburyport annually provides teddy bears and coloring materials for children to local police departments in the Greater Newburyport area.  The Officers use the toys to calm  small children when they respond to home calls, accidents, or when they need to interview parents at the local police station.    

At tonight's meeting, the Club will be presenting the toys to representatives from local police departments.  Join us and hear their stories of how they use the toys in their daily work.
