Strut for Strays: 22nd Annual Walk & Festival
A festival on the farm to help felines
Join the Merrimack River Feline Rescue Society for our 22nd annual Strut for Strays walk and festival to raise money for cats and kittens in need.
In MRFRS’s 25th anniversary year, we’re pulling out all of the stops to have the most successful Strut for Strays ever!
New Location: Beautiful Spencer-Peirce-Little Farm in Newbury offers miles of walking trails, a museum and farm animals to visit. It’s a wonderful place to spend your Sunday!
New Activities: This year we’re launching a “Kids for Cats” segment of the Strut. We’re encouraging children who want to help cats to form teams, raise money, and be eligible for great prizes!*
New Refreshments: The Ipswich Ale Tapmobile will be offering beer as well as wine from Mill River Winery. Enjoy a frosty libation and yummy snack after you complete our fundraising walk, and enjoy our live music, vendors and family fun.
Live Music performed by local band Chippy and the Ya Yas!
