Reiki 1 Certificate Class

Led by Master Lavender, this Reiki 1 class is a sacred introduction to the practice of Reiki, offering both the foundations of its history and the lived experience of connecting with universal life force energy. We’ll explore the Reiki principles, energy awareness, hand positions, intuitive healing, and daily practices that support balance, grounding, and self-healing through Reiki energy. With guided meditation, reflection questions, and interactive exercises, students will not only learn how Reiki works, but also begin to recognize how it flows through their own hands and into their lives. Reiki is a sacred practice, passed down from teacher to student through attunements that open the channel to this healing energy. Recieve a special initiation through the Reiki Attunement Ceremony to be welcomed into this ancient healing practice.
