Back by popular demand - PHO NIGHT at Brine Oyster Bar! Every Tuesday we will be featuring a special Pho Night to keep you warm and cozy going into our winter season. 

What is PHO? It is a type of Vietnamese soup, typically made from stock and spices to which noodles and meat and/or vegetables are added.

Here at Brine, we will be offering three options for your PHO: BEEF, SHRIMP, OR VEGETARIAN. All will come with rice noodles, bok choy, and mushrooms along with accompaniments of bean sprouts, Thai basil, lime, and jalapeños.
