Wingate’s skilled nursing community, situated directly on the campus, provides short-term rehabilitation, long-term care and is home to the Gym at Wingate, a state-of-the-art therapy suite.

If your health needs change, we can support you with greater care options, right here at Wingate at Haverhill’s skilled nursing community.

Located in a tranquil, serene area of Haverhill, Wingate Residences at Haverhill will be home to 64 assisted living apartments and Wingate’s unique memory care program, The Neighborhood.

We will also provide temporary stay options and encourage a social lifestyle that helps you remain active, engaged and connected.
