On Tuesday, November 7th at 7pm, Newburyport Public Library is hosting Sally Palmer for a program on Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction.
"We will discuss how to become more aware of stress as it arises in the body and mind, and the consequences and underlying symptoms that come to the surface.
By learning and practicing simple exercises each day you can change your brain and your relationship to stress. The benefits of regular practice have been validated in clinical studies for individuals suffering with anxiety, depression, chronic illness and pain."
