Antipasto, bruschetta, mozzarella prosciutto and grilled pizzettas.

At the Pasta Station:  Meet Executive Chef and Food & Beverage Director
Richard Lambiase as he cooks Capri’s signature pasta dishes before the guests
including Spaghetti Bolognese, Rigatoni Luganega and Tagliatelle with Shrimp.

And for dessert! Bite size Tiramissou, Miniature cannolis, Panacotta
(our chef’s grandmother’s recipe!)
