The implementation of the new Health Insurance Reform Law in Massachusetts places new mandates and potential cost burdens upon both businesses and individuals alike.

Small-business owners have many questions regarding their new obligations under the law.  Potential government restrictions, new insurance product purchasing opportunities, and potential cost burdens are just a few of their many concerns.
