Half Day Silent Meditation Retreat with Susan Patten
Coming together with a shared intention can have profound impacts on our lives, our communities, and our universe. Enjoy a special opportunity to spend a morning with others in silent meditation, deepening and expanding our awareness, and discovering possibilities that are not as easily accessible when meditating alone. This event will be spent in silence, except for brief guided meditations, readings, and sharing of your experience. The morning will include three, 45 minute meditations. 9-9:45 15 minute break, 10-10:45 15 minute break, 11-11:45 end with questions, feedback and tea.
Please arrive a few minutes early to set up your sitting area. Susan Patten, Lic Ac., has been meditating and studying with Vipassana teachers since 1988, and has been teaching and leading meditation classes since 2002. Beginners and seasoned meditators welcome.
