Eat. Drink. End ALZ. brings community and food together while championing the fight against Alzheimer’s disease. Food is powerful; it is essential, it brings us together, shapes our memories and empowers our communities. Please pull up a chair and join us at this unique inaugural dinner
experience as we enjoy a delicious multi-course meal prepared by top chefs from our community who will share their personal stories about how Alzheimer’s has touched their lives.
Almost 6 million Americans are living with Alzheimer’s, the sixth leading cause of death in the United States. Alzheimer’s disease is the only cause of death among the top 10 that cannot be prevented, cured or even slowed. The scientific community is working hard to find a way to end Alzheimer’s.
Many studies are being conducted around ways to prevent Alzheimer’s disease. The research is still evolving, but evidence is strong that people can reduce their risk of cognitive decline by making key lifestyle changes—including participating in regular physical activity, staying socially engaged and
eating a healthy balanced diet.
The Alzheimer’s Association is the leading nonprofit funder of Alzheimer’s and dementia research.
Eat. Drink. End ALZ brings the community together around the table to support the work of the Alzheimer’s Association while enjoying a brain healthy meal. Restaurants participating include Moxy, Black Trumpet, Chill Catering, The Poynt, and more to be announced!
