We will start with discussions on
- Memorial Day events and marketing
- Spring stroll event Thursday of the weekend
- June longest table - 13 restaurants to participate June 24th
- Fireworks potential 7/2 and launch of all America250.
- Last items: gift card program and May deadline on Guidebook
***Update on fall festival - state street and market square is a go holiday weekend.
***Update on parklets - 2026 a go - 2027 will require a deep dive conversation that council wants to start now
