Cacao Ceremony: Listening at the Threshold @RISEilience Yoga
|
Ceremony is an invitation to slow down, listen deeply, and reconnect with yourself, your community, and the unseen sources of wisdom that support your life. This nourishing cacao beverage is made from the same bean used to make chocolate, but grown and processed in a very different, and ceremonial way. Cacao has an ancient history of being an integral and sacred part of the Central & South American traditions. Connecting with Cacao gently invites us to become more present, open-hearted, and available for connection with ourselves and one another.
Many traditions honor this specific time of year as a threshold between realms, a season of remembrance, intuition, and inner listening. Together, we will create space to bow to the path behind us, receive the wisdom within, and bring forward what is ready to emerge.
Please bring a journal & pen.
Prior to the ceremony, it is recommended to not have caffeine for at least 4 hours nor a heavy meal within an hour before.
