Learn how to sip, smell and swirl like the experts from our very own wine connoisseur, Micah Abrams. Micah will go through the 5S’s (sight, swirl, smell, sip and savor) of wine evaluation. The effect of serving temperature on wine flavor and aroma will be demonstrated. Pairing different types of foods and desserts with Mill River Wines will be discussed and enjoyed. This fun and informative evening includes instruction, wine tasting, food pairings and learning materials.
