The Newburyport eRecycle Project
Port Businesses encouraged to Recycle Electronics Port businesses will now have a special day to recycle their electronic equipment. The Newburyport eRecycle Project will open the doors to Port businesses on Wednesday, October 17th from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Crow Lane Recycling Center . This special day is an effort to meet the needs of the Newburyport business community to encourage the recycling of electronic equipment. "Anything with a cord" will be accepted - some items may be charged a small fee. The Newburyport eRecycle Project provides electronic disposal services by people with intellectual and developmental disabilities. A partnership of The City of Newburyport and The Arc of Greater Haverhill- Newburyport, the partnership is funded though a grant from The Walmart Foundation.
