Newburyport Choral Society 2022 Winter Concert: In Terra Pax
Please join us for our Winter Concert this year at Belleville Congregational Church. Titled “In Terra Pax” (Peace on Earth), these exciting concerts sure to inspire audiences will include:
- John Rutter’s When Icicles Hang, a selection of spirited and festive English carols,
- Gerald Finzi’s In Terra Pax, a beautiful setting of the Nativity story,
- Zanaida Robles’ Guidelines, an NCS-commissioned premiere setting the sublime poetry of Newburyport poet Rhina Espaillat in collaboration with the Greater Newburyport Children’s Chorus.
- Other seasonal tunes.
Advance tickets are recommended and are only available online.

All day-of-performance ticket sales at the door (if available) are $35 for General Admission.

To protect our community gathering within the historic Belleville Meetinghouse, all attendees, staff and performers** will have to wear a high-quality, well-fitted mask covering both the wearer’s mouth and nose.
**Note: Only conductors, vocal soloists and wind instrumentalists may be unmasked.
