Nicholas Alexander is a partner at Furman Gregory Deptula of Boston where he represents many growth companies. He was previously a lawyer for a specialized unit at AIG and had spent 20 years at one of the nation’s largest law firms specializing in insurance law where he handled employment matters, separation agreements and technology law issues. His legal scholarship has been quoted by state Supreme Courts in several states.
Bernard Posner is an attorney at Furman Gregory Deptula of Boston, where he represents clients in commercial litigation and employment matters. Bernard has advised business regarding executive level hiring and terminations, and handled a variety of employment discrimination matters. He has been in private practice for over ten years, previously working for both national and regional law firms. Before that he was an Assistant Corporation Counsel at the City of Boston.
