His legal scholarship has been quoted by state Supreme Courts in several states.\n\n									Bernard Posner is an attorney at Furman Gregory Deptula of Boston\, where he represents clients in commercial litigation and employment matters.  Bernard has advised business regarding executive level hiring and terminations\, and handled a variety of employment discrimination matters. He has been in private practice for over ten years\, previously working for both national and regional law firms.
