Hayley Sabella and The Lenny Solomon Band

Hayley Sabella comes to the Cat in the Cradle Coffeehouse on November 23. This rising star, singer, songwriter, and farmer doesn't hide behind any clichés or pre-conceived ideas of folk music. Her independence and earnest truth seeking are evident in the intrinsic lyrics and playful vocals of her songs, highlighted by catchy guitar stylings.

The Lenny Solomon Band brings back a time when country, folk, and hillbilly music blended to tell stories. This is old-time music that manages not to be old-timey but instead generates a timeless quality. There are still stories to be told, wars to protest, dilemmas and diversions that need to be addressed, and thought-provoking lyrics to be heard.
The Cat in the Cradle Coffeehouse is hosted by the Byfield Community Arts Center, 7 Central Street, Byfield. Doors open at 7:30 and admission is $5.00 at the door. The Cat Café sells beer, wine, soft drinks and snacks throughout the evening.
