From analyzing the script, developing your character, working with props, improvising, and ultimately performing your scene for an invited audience, this seven-week class is a unique opportunity to hone your acting craft on a single piece of material.   Class will culminate in a performance at The Actors Studio of Newburyport.
 
With over 25 years of experience as an actor on TV, film, and stage in Los Angeles and New York; Charles brings a veteran actor’s perspective to his directing.  In addition to three novels, Charles has written two one-man plays; Beginner’s Mind and Jack’s Hat, and has served as co-writer and director on two seasons of Highrise, The Series. A partial list of his acting credits include:  Prison Break, CSI Miami, Ghost Whisperer, All My Children, and The Colbys, and most recently, his one man play, Jack’s Hat, at The Actors Studio of Newburyport.
