Beginner Sampler Fitness Classes at FUEL
Great for people new to exercise or who want to take it at a bit slower pace. This is a 4 week 2x a week session. The class will rotate between boot camp, spin, versus (suspension training) core barre' and heavy bag boxing. A great way to see what FUEL has to offer on a beginner level.
