Merrimack River Feline Rescue Society (MRFRS) has helped cats in need for over 30 years. Our mission is to improve the lives of all cats and provide support and education for the people who care about them. We do this through our programs and services, including our mobile spay/neuter Catmobile vehicle, adoption, subsidized veterinary care assistance for families facing economic hardship, and much more. To date, MRFRS has improved the lives of more than 142,000 cats!

The impact of our organization continues to expand in our community, which is why MRFRS is looking for volunteers to join our Board Committees and be part of that growth. We are currently looking for new members with relevant experience for the following committees - Human Resources, Governance and Finance.

These volunteer committees help support our Board of Directors and Executive Director in revising and creating policies, programs, and events at MRFRS. If you have expertise or interest in any of these areas, we could use your help! Each committee requires approximately five to seven hours commitment of time per month, including monthly meetings.

To learn more about these opportunities, please contact our Volunteer & Community Outreach Coordinator Stacy Williams at stacyw@mrfrs.org.
