Enjoy a yoga class like no other! Join Kristen Bernier for a relaxing way to start the day. Classes will meet at Groundswell Surf Cafe (25 Broadway, Salisbury) and we'll spread out our mats on beautiful Salisbury Beach! All skill levels welcome.
After class, stick around and enjoy a fresh smoothie, coffee, acai bowl or your favorite breakfast sandwich.
