Souper Saturday
By popular demand, the Emma Andrews Library and Community Center will offer Souper Saturday on January 27 at 77 Purchase Street from 12:00 noon until the soups run out. It will also occur on February 24 and March 24.
January's Saturday will feature the following soups: Lobster Corn Chowder, Roasted Vegetable Soup, Minestrone, Chicken Wild Rice Soup and Wedding Soup. They will be accompanied with fresh breads and fabulous homemade desserts including Whoopie Pies from Chococoa.
A $5.00 donation will be greatly appreciated as the monies collected are used to fund the children's programs that the the Emma offers.
