Slow Bike Race
Slow Bike Race fundraiser for the rail trails, sponsored by the Coastal Trails Coalition. The “race” course is a mere 20 yards long and the last rider across the finish line without touching a foot to the ground wins. Prizes to be awarded at the event include last-place winner for the slowest rider of all, creative costume, VIP winner, youth winner, and more.
Loaner bikes and helmets will be available. Newburyport Five Cents Savings Bank is the 2016 Slow Bike Race sponsor.

Pleasant Street at Brown Square in
downtown Newburyport.
Fees/Admission
The entry fee is $25 for riders.
