Recreating Your Life After Loss- Educational Workshop

The topic of bereavement/grief is not a fun one to discuss, but it is an experience that happens to all of us at some point in our lives.

Whether your loss is recent, years past, or may be looming in the future... you will undoubtedly gain benefit from hearing this holistic perspective on the topic of bereavement.

Kerri Morrison is a holistic Licensed Mental Health Counselor with a great deal of experience and variety of perspectives on bereavement. In this workshop, she will review the following:

- Learn about the energetic components that surround the grief experience; referencing perspectives from Energy Psychology.

- Receive information about your emotional guidance system and learn tools for self-compassion and setting boundaries with others

- Reflect on the REAL WORLD process of healing for those left behind, and the different stages of that experience

- Identify ways of opening to your inner guidance for answers in your personal journey

- Get tips on how to be present with your experience to find meaning in things for your own healing.

- Participate in a gathering that allows you to safely approach the topic of grief from a non-denominational and non-judgmental perspective

This gathering encourages attendees to come for the purpose of obtaining more skills, compassion, and understanding during the grief experience. Though this is often a sad topic of discussion, Kerri intends to provide information that will help to empower and inform you for the personal healing journey you are on.

Handouts will be provided to each attendee and will accommodate for space to write notes.
