Newburyport Lions & Exchange Clubs Health Fair

The combined Lions and Exchange Clubs of Greater Newburyport will present their first annual health and wellness fair.  Vendors from health-related fields will be available to demonstrate their goods and services. In addition, the Lions Eye Mobile Unit, Lions Organ Donor Awareness, and the Newburyport Fire, Police, Health and Parks Departments will be present, as will the Pelican Intervention Fund and Red Cross.

All proceeds from the fair will be donated to the selected charities of the two clubs - Pelican Intervention Fund which assists those with addiction and limited income and Community Service of Newburyport food and clothing bank.

Sponsorships
The clubs are looking for event sponsors at the $1500, $1000, $500, $300, and $100 levels with only one being sold at the $1500 elite level.  All sponsorships are tax deductible through the Lions Club status.  Sponsorships include the option of a table display, and company logos will be included in all advertising.

Table Vendors
Table vendors are also being sought in, though not limited to, acupuncture, assisted living, children's day care, chiropractic, community service, dental, eye care, financial management, fitness, food pantry, garden club, hearing, holistic medicine, home health care, hospital, massage, nutrition, physical therapy, and yoga meditation areas. The table fee is $50. No sales will be allowed during the fair. Representation in each category will be limited to two in order to maximize exposure for each individual vendor.

Categories will be filled on a first-received, first-accepted basis. Only 32 tables are available and the deadline for applications is February 28, 2020.
