Newburyport Lantern Festival
Greater Newburyport Ovarian Cancer Awareness Presents The Newburyport Lantern Festival Please join us in the Asian traditions of remembering departed family and friends and making wishes for the future. Come decorate, light, and float lanterns at dusk. Bring a picnic supper, enjoy live performances, and decorate your lantern with our materials. Savor the tranquil beauty of this solemn yet celebratory event. Suggested donation of $10. Amesbury Cultural Council, Newbury Cultural Council, Newburyport Cultural Council, Salisbury Cultural Council and West Newbury Cultural Council and local agencies supported by the Mass Cultural Council, a state agency.
