On Wednesday October 17th West Row Cafe & Bar is teaming up with Mill River Winery from Rowley to bring you a limited art series dinner pairing featuring Hell's Kitchen All Star Chef Nick Peters Bond & local artist David Ten Eyck's paintings on the labels.
