LaBlast Dance like a Star Workout!
All levels welcome! Let's get out of our heads and shake it up with a fun blast of a workout. It's 45 minutes of cha cha, swing, salsa, foxtrot and more!.... No partner or experience needed. Come with your workout clothes, sneakers, water and a open mind. We will conclude with a cool down and stretches that encourage flexibility. You will leave with a Smile.
