Come meet Lucilia Prates, Statewide Director of the Massachusetts Senior Medicare Patrol Program and learn how we can all have an active role in protecting Medicare for our family, ourselves and furture generation.
Through an interactive discussion, participants will collectively explore best practices in promoting consumer engagement, from the the importance of keeping a personal health care journal to communicating more effectively with providers and understanding care plans. This discussion will also provide resources for when questions and concerns arise.
