Healing in the Garden: Reflective Walks Along the Stations of Creation
Often our pursuit of peace takes place in the midst of chaos, challenge, and negativity. You are invited to step out of the chaos and come into the garden. Let nature's peace grow in you. The heart of this retreat is mindful and reflective walks following the Stations of Creation in the Adelynrood gardens. There will be opportunity to journal, discuss, sketch, walk the labyrinth, pray and meditate in nature.
Gale Lyman, RN, BSN, HNB-BC, has led many Adelynrood retreats and spiritual spa days, and is author of A Reflective Journal for Busy People. Gale also offers wellness activities and workshops for older adults utilizing her skills as a board certified holistic nurse, clinical hypnotherapist, Reiki teacher, and more.
Program fee $130; room and board $230. Total cost $360
