Greater Newburyport Health & Wellness Day

A free community health & wellness event, sponsored by Anna Jaques Hospital and the Neighborhood Health Plan.

This event will feature various health & wellness professionals, including doctors, specialists, nutritionists, fitness experts, health food vendors, wellness coaches, senior living specialists, pediatricians, mothers groups, and many more.

Enjoy guest speakers and discussion groups on various topics of health, aging, weight loss, nutrition, parenting, etc. Sample health foods, watch live demonstrations, and take part in mini classes. Wear your sneakers and workout gear to try out some of the latest exercise trends. Lots of fun activities for kids, as well as activities for adults and seniors.
