Goat Yoga Morning Retreat
Start your morning with Christina Nice as she Guides you through Meditation and Yin-inspired deep Stretch Yoga class to connect you with nature. Continue with an upbeat Goat Yoga, and optional Goat Mingle class. You will leave feeling refreshed and relaxed with a gift bag including a choice of t-shirt or tanktop.
This morning retreat will include guided meditation, yin-inspired yoga, goat yoga, boxed breakfast & ice tea, mat rental, goat treats, gift bag to take home including your choice of a women's fitted yellow t-shirt, unisex yellow t-shirt, or black tanktop.
