En-ROADS is a global climate simulator that lets you explore the impact that dozens of policies—such as electrifying transport, pricing carbon, and improving agricultural practices—have on hundreds of factors like energy prices, temperature, air quality, and sea level rise. Created by Climate Interactive in partnership with MIT Sloan, En- ROADS uses the best available science and thousands of calculations to visualize wide-scale change. Together, we'll traverse the simulator, testing our assumptions about which climate solutions have the greatest impact. Tucker has completed an 8-week training to guide the experience, but the learning will be driven by you! About the Facilitator: Tucker Lamothe Tucker is a senior at Pingree School in South Hamilton. His passion for sustainability took root in a middle school book club on navigating an uncertain climate future, and has since grown into hands-on work: helping the City of Melrose purchase an electric trash truck, launching a sustainable architecture course at his school, and building a satellite-data website that models urban heat islands. He also serves on an advisory committee under Governor Healey's Office of Climate Innovation and Resilience. After completing Climate Interactive's En-ROADS training, Tucker has facilitated 7+ workshops for 100+ participants—from community groups to utility providers to government agencies.
