Exchange Club "Field of Honor"
The Sunday ceremony at noon will include words from local officials, musical intervals from the Merrimack Valley Concert Band, a keynote address on the issue of POWs and MIAs from U.S. Army Vietnam Veteran Dudley Farquhar and a reading of the flag dedications, called the "Verbal Wall."

Flags go up Tuesday, Sept. 10, with the ceremony at noon on Sunday, Sept. 10. Flags come down on Tuesday, Sept. 17.
Location
The Bartlet Mall on Pond Street in Newburyport.
Fees/Admission
Flags for dedications cost $40, but all are welcome to attend the ceremony whether purchasing a flag or not.
