Employee and Customer Theft – It Happens More Than You Think

Unfortunately all businesses are subject to theft whether by their employees, customers or volunteers. Whether you are a retailer, restaurant, manufacturer, non-profit or any type of business – large or small – you are all susceptible. It is critical to understand how to address the situation from both a personal and legal perspective.
Attend this informational session and learn:
o How to identify the signs or evidence that someone may be stealing
o Tips on how to address it and confront the offender when you discover it
o The appropriate legal processes and procedures to follow in documenting and/or terminating an employee
o Appropriate damage control in the aftermath
o What you can do internally to improve your systems and procedures
