"Dance Like a Star" Cardio Latin Fitness
All Levels welcome! This is truly a Dancing with the Stars Workout originally developed by current Dancing with the Stars Pro LOUIS VAN AMSTEL dancing with Cheryl Ladd. We will have a blast dancing : cha cha, salsa, merengue, samba, foxtrot and more.. you won't even realize the time flew by! Bring your sneakers and workout clothes and positive spirit and join us. Take this at your own pace it is NEVER a competition.
