CATCH Youth Wellness Collective is a 7-week summer youth program where kids ages 10-18 (grouped by age) will experience a powerful mix of creativity, skill building, and leadership. All summer youth programs are made possible by the Peter & Elizabeth Tower Foundation for CATCH, a program of Link House.
Led by two Master’s-level clinicians, Link House CATCH program is collaborating with community partners to build a space where young people can express themselves, strengthen their identity, and learn skills that protect their well-being while they enjoy activities like drum lessons led by Zach Field Drums & Music, yoga and breathwork, arts & crafts, calisthenics, and more. Group conversations will focus on healthy relationships, bullying, stress, and other topics that impact youth.
Activities include:
• Group Drumming Instruction with Zach Field Drums & Music
• Yoga & mindfulness
• Partner movement & breathing
• Arts & crafts (dream catchers/mind jars/ribbon wands/etc)
• Therapeutic arts & conversation
