Allergy Baking Series
I am hosting a 4 part Baking for your Allergy series. We'll be discussing your allergy or food intolerance, how it might be effecting your body and mental clarity, cleaning eating and also, we'll be creating recipes for your individual allergy. Each session we'll have baked good samples features a major allergy substitution. It'll be held @bluewaterwellnessnbpt
