Join Tennis Pro Joni Stone and bring vitality to your day with a Fit Tennis workout.
We will begin with a soothing 15 minute guided stretch to awaken your senses and limber your muscles. Later, we turn up the music and utilize tennis as a back drop for aerobic drills which will burn calories and raise your spirits in preparation for the day ahead.
All levels are welcome.
